Hi, my name is Passion. I am a 200HR registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I have certifications with Connection Coalition for trauma informed outreach and Lit Yoga for yoga with medicinal cannabis.

I love teaching Yin style yoga classes. Yin yoga is relaxing, slow pace with a few poses that relax deep layers of the fascia.
